Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays, sales, or new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 on all U.S. orders.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days after processing.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Locations

  • At this time, we ship within the United States only.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • SoulitCandleCo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
