Here are answers to some of the most common questions about SoulitCandleCo candles and sprays:

1. What kind of wax do you use?

We use 100% soy wax for a clean, eco-friendly, and non-toxic burn.

2. Are your candles safe for pets?

Our candles are made with cotton wicks, soy wax, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. While they are much safer than most candles, always keep candles out of reach of pets and ensure good ventilation.

3. How long do your candles burn?

Our 8 oz candles burn for 40–50 hours when cared for properly. Burn times may vary depending on the environment and usage.

4. Why is my candle tunneling or not burning evenly?

This usually happens if the first burn was too short. Always let your candle burn until the wax pool reaches the edges of the jar to prevent tunneling.

5. Do your candles produce soot?

When the wick is trimmed to ¼ inch before each burn, our soy candles produce little to no soot.

6. What makes SoulitCandleCo different?

7. Can I reuse my candle jar?

Yes! Once your candle has finished, simply clean out the jar with warm, soapy water and repurpose it for storage or décor.

8. Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?

🛍️ Returns, Refunds, & Shipping 

9. What is your return policy?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used candles or sprays. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

10. Do you offer refunds?

Yes—if your candle or spray arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable, we will replace it or issue a refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved.

11. Can I exchange my candle for a different scent?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges unless the product is damaged during shipping. We recommend trying our bundles or smaller sizes if you’re exploring new scents.

12. How do I start a return request?

Email us at Soulitcandleco@yahoo.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product. We’ll review your request and provide the next steps.

13. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.

14. How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed in 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location.
